Online partner meeting organized by the Iberia Regional Cluster
On 21 October 2020, a colleague of the South Transdanubian Regional Innovation Agency (hereinafter: STRIA) also participated in the online partner meeting organized by Iberia Regional Cluster. The aim of the event was to bring the participants of the agricultural digitization sector closer together.
The Iberian Regional Cluster (hereinafter: IRC) is led by the Andalusian Ministry of Regional Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development (CAPDER) and co-led by an advisory company with expertise in the Portuguese agri-food sector. This initiative is a public-private network with a strong emphasis on new policies to strengthen the digitization of the agri-food sector and the Smart Specialization Strategy (S3P).
IRC seeks to create an innovation ecosystem on the peninsula that is open to all agri-food businesses, investors, researchers and other stakeholders. To this end, the cluster seeks to identify and integrate Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs) and to develop cooperation, Competence Centres (CCs) and Flagship Experiment Initiatives (FIEs) in the Iberian Peninsula and beyond.
At this event, 12 partners of RC Iberia were able to present the activities of their company, as well as the opportunity to form new partnerships:
- ADVID

- CIDIHUB
- DATAlife
- DIH Aragon
